Your key responsibilities include strategic sourcing, category strategy development, and supplier relationship management, with a focus on General and Professional Services like Travel, HR services, translation, etc. You will manage the entire procurement process, including bidding, negotiation, and strategy development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and develop strong relationships with suppliers. Successful candidates will possess strong category management experience within General and Professional Services and have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. They will be able to work seamlessly within a cross-functional team and interact with people at all levels across the company and external suppliers, navigating cultural differences.
