Scopely's Playgami team in Barcelona seeks a Producer to collaborate with multiple development teams, extending existing products or developing new ones to support all Scopely games. The main responsibility is ensuring these teams operate within a framework that delivers top-market features consistently. This role involves working within a Direct To Consumer realm, closely with Payments and Identity teams. Key responsibilities include informing and aligning project teams, partnering with Product & Engineering to define roadmaps, providing project visibility and team health reporting, ensuring optimal organizational processes, and participating in agile production process development. The Producer will lead through influence, engaging with teams and executives to achieve Playgami's objectives.

What You’ll Do
As a Producer, you will be collaborating with multiple development teams to extend existing products or develop new products aimed at supporting all Scopely games.
Your main responsibility is to ensure those teams operate in a framework that enables them to visibly, consistently and predictably deliver top of the market features, servicing millions of players. You will be operating within the realm of Direct To Consumer, and working closely with the Payments team and Identity team.
You must have the ability to lead through influence and successfully engage with teams, team leads & executive partners throughout our organization to deliver against Playgami’s objectives.
- Inform, motivate and align project teams to deliver on individual & shared goals
- Partner closely with Product & Engineering to define a roadmap and prioritization criteria
- Provide visibility on project tracking and team health, taking into account high level strategies and reporting on day-to-day progress regularly
- Ensure the team has the best organizational processes and practices that allow them to produce high-quality work, on time and while keeping a positive work culture
- Participate in the development of our agile production processes, constantly seeking improvements in our ways of working in a dynamic environment
What We’re Looking For
- Must have 3+ years of experience as a project manager or producer
- Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects
- A master of communication at all levels within a team or organization
- You are a strong influencer, able to work with diverse groups and push for alignment towards common goals
- Be adaptable to foster ways of working that support different team profiles
- Not scared to get in amongst the weeds on a project, but able to retain the detachment needed to make the right calls
- Excellent command of English is a must
