As a Producer, you will manage mid to large-scale integrated projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for elevating creative concepts, leading their evolution into strong executions, and managing various integrated projects including broadcast, social content, and digital. This includes overseeing teams, vendor management, and ensuring high-quality work with multiple deliverables. You should have a basic understanding of legal requirements like NDAs and talent releases. This is a fully remote position, though travel might be required.

Job Details

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing mid to large-scale integrated projects from production kick-off through delivery. The Integrated Producer is quick on their feet and adept at working. The Producer is self-starting, curious, and resourceful. They strive to flawlessly execute the work and relentlessly pursue the highest level of craft. You will:
  • Elevate the creative; Find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive.
  • Lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions
  • Manage Integrated projects, including but not limited to broadcast, social content, stills, animation, artist collaboration, and digital
  • Lead the execution of small-to-mid sized integrated productions (<500k) including overseeing multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and/or workstreams.

  • Basic understanding when projects need; NDA, permits, talent releases, usage terms and other rights clearances.


  • Possess basic knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent, including usage and payment considerations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, animators (and if digital project - tech leads, UX-designers, and developers.)


  • Fully remote position, travel might be required as needed.
