Kwalee seeks a Product Analyst to provide data-driven insights, define KPIs, and lead A/B testing for their mobile games. The analyst will work to maximize game profitability by reducing costs and increasing revenue, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This permanent role is based in their Bangalore studio.

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Product Analyst to join our team.
The Product Analyst will provide data-driven insights, define KPIs and models to assess game performance, and develop an evolving AB test roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximise the commercial success of our game.
This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse large data sets to understand player behaviour and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and define KPIs and models to assess game performance.
- Lead AB test development, from roadmap creation to execution and analysis.
- Translate successful AB tests into product features that enhance user experience.
- Work closely with game developers and designers to prioritise and refine game features.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, player needs, and competitive opportunities.
- Maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Monitor KPIs and user engagement post-launch, driving iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and support teams for successful game launches.
- Communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
- Reduce costs and increase revenue to maximise profitability.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business.
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
- Experience in AB testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of mobile gaming KPIs and player behaviour analytics.
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of the mobile games industry.
