Role Overview: As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to product development and performance. Your role involves providing insights to support decision-making processes and contributing to the improvement of product strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Write clear user stories in order to communicate business requirements to the team.
● Analyze customer data, feedback and actions to improve customer acquisition and retention
● Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product performance.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand stakeholder needs.
● Assist in maintaining backlogs and handling new requests.
● Conduct product research and analysis on market trends and competitor products.
● Support in onboarding flow and enterprise process management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Strong technical knowledge and understanding of business .
● Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first approach.
● English and Arabic Speaker.
● Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst for 3 year(s).
● In-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum) process and principles .
● Top communication, presentation and leadership skills.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Strong problem solving skills. Skills:
