As a Product Engineer, Motion Design in ArtBot, you have versatile creative skills and are excited to put them to the test executing world-class creative. Expertise in motion design is essential to this role, but we’ll take your experience in other areas of content creation, too. From conceptualization to execution and delivery, you’ll be a trusted consultant throughout the creative process. That said, the work isn’t all on you—you’ll have the guidance and mentorship of a team of account managers, creative engineers, and more, allowing you to collaborate and grow in your role. You will: 

  • Bring the ideas and vision of our creative department(s) to life 
  • Create complex animations for a variety of digital media platforms across various lines of business 
  • Be capable of taking and implementing feedback 
  • Create versions of content that demonstrate awareness of the content’s intended end use and resolve potential problems ahead of time 
  • Collaborate and build relationships within the ArtBot team, as well as across other agency disciplines and offices 
  • Maintain focus and quality of output while multitasking in a fast-paced environment 

 

You have: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in motion design 
  • A strong portfolio and reel showing proven experience in UI app flows and explainer style videos 
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma 
  • Experience in Cinema 4D and other industry-standard motion & video software is favourable 
  • Problem solving capabilities and an openness to learning the newest tools 
  • An eagerness to collaborate with other creative people 
  • Excellent communications skills
