Job Description

Google is seeking a Product Lead to join the Google Events Platform team within GBO Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for setting product strategy for the digital event platform, conducting user research, collaborating with designers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and designs, launching features and achieving predefined goals through focused go-to-market activities, driving impact by defining measurable success metrics aligned to business needs, and prioritizing the product roadmap balancing business priorities, technical cost, and product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital events space, a proven track record of leading successful product launches, and a passion for building innovative products that improve the user experience.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in product or program management
Experience building web apps or other solutions
Experience working cross-functionally
Experience with project/program management and go-to-market activities
Excellent SQL data skills
Ability to break down complex problems

Good to have:

Experience building enterprise web apps
Experience with UX design

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in product or program management.
Experience building web apps or other solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working cross-functionally with UX designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and build products.
Experience with project/program management and go-to-market activities.
Experience building enterprise web apps.
Excellent SQL data skills, including analytics and metric definition.
