As an EMEA Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving campaign success for our clients. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the Sales team throughout the campaign lifecycle, brainstorming and developing pitch decks, collaborating with internal teams to explore new ideas, responding to client needs, managing IO contracts, ensuring successful campaign execution, and analyzing campaign performance. You will work closely with various teams, including Ad Ops, Legal, and Finance, to deliver exceptional client experiences and optimize campaign results.
Must have:
2-3 years of experience in an agency or digital ad sales organization
Strong communication skills and client interaction experience
Highly detailed oriented and organized
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Ad Manager, and Salesforce or Boostr

Match Media (Match Group’s Advertising Division) is seeking an Account Manager in EMEA!
Match Media Group is the marketing and advertising division within the Match Group that builds and offers advertising solutions across category-leading brands focused on singles and first-time connections, including Tinder, Match.com, OKCupid, Plenty of Fish, Meetic, and over 25 other properties, to help brands and agencies find innovative ways to reach passionate audiences and connect with their consumers.
How You'll Make An Impact:
Partner with our Sales organization through each step of the campaign process; from ideation to implementation to post-campaign reporting and analysis.
Brainstorm and partner with the Marketing team in the development of pitch decks and RFP responses.
Work with teams across each of our individual brands to explore new ideas and support campaign implementation.
Respond to data and informational needs of new and existing clients.
Work within the ad server to understand inventory availability and options for delivery and forecasting as well as collaborate with the P&I team on media plan approvals.
Manage IO contracts and work closely with our Legal and Finance teams on approvals.
Engage with clients to ensure successful campaign execution, including asset deliverables, timelines, and tags.
Partner with Ad Ops on campaign implementation, troubleshoot delivery issues, and brainstorm proactive optimization strategies.
Measure, compile, and communicate campaign performance to the client throughout the duration of the campaign, including reporting, campaign performance highlights, and post-campaign wrap-ups.
Support month end billing for delivered and in-process campaigns.
Work with Finance to audit billings, actualize, and investigate discrepancies.
Drive upsell opportunities.
We Could Be A Match If:
You have a Bachelor’s degree
You have 2 – 3 years of work experience within an agency or digital ad sales organization.
You have extremely strong communication skills, experience communicating with clients, and are highly detailed oriented and organized.
You have proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Ad Manager, and with knowledge of Salesforce or Boostr.
You have proven success building relationships with digital ad agencies, managing the execution of complex digital ad campaigns, and working closely with internal and external teams to develop timely solutions to issues.
