Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience building and shipping AI enabled products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- Experience building and owning Generative AI features.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with excellent technical, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and create innovative consumer health products with user intuition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and product ideas to a variety of audiences.
- Passion for fitness, health, and well-being, or experience in the health and wellness industry, including consumer-facing health AI innovations.

We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
The team is building products and services that empower consumers to live a longer, healthier life by building Google’s technologies and services into positive consumer experiences, focused on health and fitness. As the Product Manager, you will drive the Generative AI intelligence enabling activity and sleep coaching capabilities to power consumer health experiences. You will work with research and engineering teams to deliver high-quality AI capabilities that power personalized recommendations, plans, and timely reflections. You will ensure AI intelligence is scalable, and enable positive behavior change and positive health outcomes.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Own and oversee the definition of the idea and multi-year AI capabilities roadmaps for activity and sleep coaching.
- Define and drive the development of AI models, algorithms, and infrastructure in collaboration with research and engineering teams.
- Own evaluations, PRDs, and KPIs developed in collaboration with partner teams during the prototyping and development phases.
- Deliver high-quality agent tasks that enable personalized coaching and behavior change plans, along with insights and conversations that leverage Generative AI.
- Lead the team in the prototyping and exploration of new AI capabilities, driving iterations and evaluations to deliver high-quality and differentiated features.
