As proud members of the applike group, our primary focus is on leveraging their cutting-edge advertising technology to deliver smart, player-friendly monetization and contribute to a thriving mobile ecosystem. Supported by Bertelsmann, Europe's largest media company, we are equipped with the resources to push the boundaries of the mobile gaming space.

We are currently looking for a well experienced Product Manager to join our team of designers and work on our live hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute roadmaps that enhance player retention, engagement, and monetization while adapting to evolving player behaviors and market trends.
  • Use a deep understanding of key performance metrics (e.g., LTV) to inform strategic decisions, dynamically interpret data, and identify impactful opportunities. Ensure LTV remains the primary measure of success while contextualizing other metrics to the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (UA, engineering, analytics, and design) to build and deliver features that strike a balance between monetization goals and player satisfaction.

  • Exceptional ability to use data strategically, leveraging insights to inform decisions and shape product development. Deep understanding of how to contextualize metrics, such as LTV, within the broader product lifecycle.
  • Strong skills in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across diverse priorities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment, delivering impactful solutions to complex challenges with a balance of creativity and practicality.
  • Solid knowledge of predictive analytics, player behavior, and lifetime value modeling to design player-centered experiences that are also profitable.
  • Experience or strong understanding of hybrid/casual game growth strategies, combining performance-driven optimization with strategic roadmap development.
  • Capability to integrate market trends and player insights into actionable strategies that drive both product and business growth.
