Summary

Aristocrat Interactive seeks a dynamic Product Owner to develop new products and features, improve conversion rates, and manage the product lifecycle from planning to launch and analysis. Responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, writing detailed product requirements and user stories, collaborating with various departments (R&D, payments, game aggregation, etc.), analyzing user behavior to improve KPIs, and ensuring a positive user experience across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the iGaming industry, focusing on Platform Technology (PAM), and has expertise in areas like payments integration, gaming content, KYC/AML, risk management, reporting, and UX/UI.

What You'll Do

Making an impact to grow the business by developing new products, features and improving the conversion rates.
Responsible for the product roadmap and lifecycle, plan, maintaining, execute and escorting the product in its whole life cycle until the launching and analyzing phases
Responsibility for the user experience through web and mobile platforms and backend systems.
Constant analysis of user behavior through web analytics to improve core KPIs.
Write detailed Product Requirement documents and User stories to build new products and support improvements of existing products
Working with multiple departments: R&D, payments, game aggregation, customer support, CRM, designers, analytics, etc.
Any additional activities that are in scope of PAM product team

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is advantage
3+ years’ experience as product owner in the iGaming industry, with a focus on Platform Technology (PAM)
Proven experience in one or more of the following - integration of Payments, Gaming Content, KYC, AML, Risk, Reporting, UX & UI, acquisition funnel, or any other area within online gaming
Knowledge and experience of working with Agile Scrum delivery methods
Strong analytical skills, ability to develop products and understand the results.
Experience of working within or project managing a software delivery team
Familiarity with TFS and/or JIRA or related Atlassian technology
Deep knowledge in UX — an advantage
Background from the online gaming industry – big advantage
Initiative, creative, curious, independent, great communication and interpersonal skills, well organized, ability to learn quickly, multi-tasking
Great relationship builder and negotiator.
