Project Manager, Business Management, Studio Business Group, SIE

The Business Management group is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across SIE. The group also supports the Office of the CEO, providing administrative, logistical, and executive communications support to ensure the smooth functioning of SBG.

The Project Manager, Business Management will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across Studio Business Group. They will also be responsible for helping manage the general administrative and logistical needs of the Business Management team including Executive Communications and Office of the CEO support. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting Business Management in the planning and delivery of new strategic initiatives across SBG 
  • Building executive-level presentations to ensure clear communications of strategic initiatives across SBG
  • Organizing information via comprehensive tracking and documentation of Business Management, SBG and SIE business activities
  • Collating and tracking progress of key SBG strategic initiatives
  • Providing support to the Office of the CEO via logistics and communications management 
  • Leveraging position as a central information organizer to help BM identify business optimization opportunities across SBG
  • Analyzing internal data and industry trends to help identify key strategic opportunities for SBG
  • Managing schedules, communications, meetings and material distribution across large project groups to ensure the smooth, efficient implementation of SBG strategic initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with a strong project management background. PMP, CSM or other comparable certification a plus but not required 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in PowerPoint with ability to make polished, visually inspired, narratively coherent presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas
  • Experience supporting large, long-term multi-party projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships and relay complex concepts concisely
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify and take action on new opportunities
  • Fluency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Interest in the gaming industry and broader media landscape
