Job Responsibilities :

You will be part of the dynamic Razer Global Marketing Team based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will play a supportive role towards the Global PR Product Lead based in Singapore to increase Razer’s overall brand awareness and visibility.
 

The Global PR Intern will support the Global Public Relations department, assisting with various tasks related to external communications, media relations, and brand management. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a self-starting individual who is interested in hands-on experience in PR and marketing.
 

Regular tasks include:

• Media Monitoring: Monitor, track, and compile media coverage of the company, its competitors, and industry trends. Prepare regular reports on media mentions and share insights with the PR team.  
• Written Content Creation: Assist in the development and creation of engaging content for press releases, blog posts, social media platforms, and other communication channels. Collaborate with the PR team to generate innovative ideas for content that aligns with the company's brand image and messaging.  
• Media Relations: Assist in building and maintaining media lists to help track the team’s relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Support the team in coordinating background materials for media interviews, press conferences, and other media-related events.  
• Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for brand exposure and public relations initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.  
• Event Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of PR events, including product launches, trade shows, and corporate conferences. Help with logistics, guest management, and event promotion.  
• Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the PR team, including maintaining media contact lists, organizing files, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.

Pre-requisites :

• Preferably currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Open to other candidates as well.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.  
• Knowledge of traditional and digital media platforms, as well as social media trends.  
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and content management systems.  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.  
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize information effectively.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  
• Team-oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomously. 
• Preferably a gamer with knowledge of the latest esports titles and knowledge of Razer products.
• Able to commit for a 6-month period for optimal learning exposure. Do indicate availability in your resume/cover letter.
