The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for proactively providing Facilities support services across the Walt Disney Company (TWDC) offices based in Melbourne, Sydney and Auckland and supporting all ANZ staff with core facilities initiatives and functions.


Woking closely with the Facilities Manager and Facilities team and partnering closely with other internal functions (such as Sourcing, Finance, HR and Global Security), this includes vendor management, leading office-related Work Health and Safety initiatives and supporting all administrative and core related functions, while complying with WHS and other regulations in our local leased premises. The role will also assist with managing budgets (actual and forecast costs), including quarterly analysis and reporting.

  • Budget & Finance Management
  • Work Health & Safety

Ideal experience:

  • Preferably 3 years or more experience in facilities management within a large organisation
  • Demonstrated work health and safety experience
  • Certified Facilities Management (or similar) preferred
  • Certificate IV or equivalent in Work Health and Safety, required
  • Proven experience successfully managing and directing third party contractors
  • Previous vendor management experience
  • Basic financial knowledge and working with budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
  • Ability to travel interstate
