Job Description

This full-time Receiver position at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort involves managing inventory and warehousing, performing monthly inventory counts, ensuring proper checkout procedures, maintaining a clean and organized storeroom, handling daily receiving tasks, and sending/confirming purchase orders. The role supports the resort's diverse Food & Beverage operations across various quick service and vending locations. The successful candidate will work a 5-day week, with two days off when operational needs allow, and must be available for shifts including weekends and holidays. Experience in F&B retail or catering with inventory control is preferred.

Must have:

Manage inventory and warehousing
Perform monthly inventory counts
Maintain storeroom organization
Handle daily receiving tasks
1+ year F&B/catering experience
Form 5 standard

Good to have:

Computer knowledge
Strong communication skills

Job Summary:

5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:

When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.

To accommodate the thousands of guests arriving every day from all over the world, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of Food & Beverage options at various quick service and outdoor vending locations across property. From serving popcorn on the Main Street, U.S.A.® area to providing a taste of Hollywood at Hollywood and Dine at Disney’s Hollywood Hotel, Quick Service Food & Beverage cast members make sure that no guest walks away hungry!

Responsibilities:

Manage and control the overall inventory and warehousing system
Ratify and perform monthly inventory count
Ensure the product check out procedures are followed
Keep the storeroom in orderly and sanitized condition
Perform daily receiving jobSend and confirm purchase order to vendors

Basic Qualifications:

Form 5 standard
At least 1 year of related experience preferably from F&B retail environment/ catering operations with some inventory control and distribution experience
Team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
Computer knowledge preferred
Good communication skills.

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
