Job Description
This remote, full-time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist role at Nielsen in Mexico involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, data collection, basic troubleshooting, and providing action reminders. You'll work within guidelines to meet high productivity, performance, and quality standards, contributing significantly to Nielsen's global market research. The role requires advanced English and Spanish proficiency (written and spoken), excellent communication skills, and comfort with technology. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred. Day 1 orientation in Mexico City is required.

Job Requirements
- Advanced level in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- We welcome applications with a High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to attend in-person Day 1 orientation in Mexico City, (Santa Fe, Torre Acuario)
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with technology and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
