The salary range for this position is $53,000 - $71,000 USD annual.

Reporting to our Revenue Operations Director, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to improve our revenue operations process, support the vision for the revenue and billing operations team, provide support in meeting our objectives, and be an advocate for process improvement.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Revenue recognition across a portfolio of products, clients, and services and delivering accurate revenue results.
• Report trend analysis for a portfolio of products, clients, and services
• Client Project set-up including contract analysis and document process guides
• Work with the finance team to determine applicable IFRS standards, inclusive of training material for finance
• Support audits on existing processes, identifying risk areas, and assisting with resolving challenges
• Identify revenue and billing engagements that do not align with Jellyfish's commercial framework
• Support the General Ledger team with Month End revenue & net revenue reconciliations and resolving queries
• Support the Accounts Payable team with cost of sale reconciliations, ensuring all cost of sales are correctly recorded
• Work with Accounts receivable to assist with client account reconciliations, ensuring revenue and billing information is accurate and aligning to contract commercials/payment milestones
• Support the FP&A team with the reporting of client revenue and net revenue on a monthly basis

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of revenue recognition, billing operations and accounting standards and procedures
• Familiarity with the marketing, digital o media industry and it's services
• Ability to ensure deadlines are met throughout the month-end timetable
• You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
