Health, Safety and Emergency Situations team, responsible with implementing and maintaining safe workplaces for all Luxoft Romania employees. In charge with legal documentation, related procedures, trainings and reports and in constant contact with the employees and the management team.
To organize and manage the activity of the Health&Safety Committee;
Keeping up-to-date with the Health, Safety and Emergency Situations legislation;
Writing legal documents and addressing the local authorities when needed;
Providing Health, Safety and Emergency Situations trainings to employees;
In charge with managing safe workplaces for the risk-sensitive groups (Pregnant women, women in confinement after birth etc.);
Constant reporting to middle and high management within the company;
Organization and training of the first-aid, fire prevention and emergency situations teams located in all Luxoft premises;
Keeping track of the compliance of the fire extinguishers, the hydrants, the complex extinguishing systems and the first-aid kits;
Keeping to date the evacuation plans for all Luxoft premises;
Participation and management of the periodical fire drills (timetrack, reporting etc.);
To provide consultancy in the project stage of fit-out options, respecting the legal requirements;
To ellaborate the annual training programs for both Health&Safety and Emergency Situations;
To ellaborate Health, Safety and Emergency Situations instructions for all the activities and the equipments within the Company;
To propose health and safety clauses for all commercial contracts with providers and clients;
To propose and establish Health, Safety and Emergency Situations responsabilities for all the employees.
Other Health, Safety and Emergency Situations responsabilities mandatory by local legislation.
Must have
Proven knowledge in Health&Safety and Emergency Situations
