As a Senior Account Manager, Travel, Large Customer Sales (English, Mandarin), you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients in the travel industry. You will develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. You will plan for, and achieve, business growth targets, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. You will develop thinking, data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. You will build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently
  • Understanding of spreadsheets/analysis and putting together presentations
  • Excellent business sense, problem-solving, project management and investigative skills
Good to have:
  • Master’s degree in a Business related field
  • Experience in managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies
  • Understanding of Google Ads products and platform

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a Business related field.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Understanding of spreadsheets/analysis and putting together presentations.
  • Understanding of Google Ads products and platform.
  • Excellent business sense, problem-solving, project management and investigative skills.
