Job Description

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will lead affiliate marketing strategies. You will manage key affiliate partners and implement strategies to improve the affiliate network and increase brand exposure. Responsibilities include building relationships with affiliate partners, onboarding new partners, managing strategic accounts, ensuring tracking accuracy, optimizing deals and campaigns, monitoring affiliate performance, and aligning with internal stakeholders. You must have experience in managing international markets in the iGaming industry. The role involves working with LeoVegas and Royal Panda brands.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years experience within Affiliates
  • Knowledge of managing international markets in iGaming
  • Customer-focused and experienced in managing key accounts
  • Fluent in English. Strong communication skills
  • Strong negotiation Skills

  • Previous experience in English-speaking markets

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Affiliate Manager in our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in driving our affiliate marketing strategies to new heights. Working closely with our dedicated team of marketing professionals, you will lead the development and execution of affiliate campaigns, leveraging your expertise to optimise performance and maximise profitability.   You will manage our LeoVegas and Royal Panda brands.

Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and manage relationships with key affiliate partners, identify opportunities for growth and implement innovative strategies to improve our affiliate network. You will spearhead various projects aimed at expanding our reach and increasing brand exposure, contributing directly to our overall marketing goals. 

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 

  • Building and developing relationships with assigned affiliate partners.
  • Actively searching for - and onboarding - new Affiliate partners.
  • Managing Strategic accounts. Setting up and requesting reward plans with AdOps, making sure tracking works correctly etc.
  • Work closely with all assigned Affiliate Partners to ensure they have everything they need to push LeoVegas and Royal Panda  brands to their maximum potential.
  • Responsible for the overall performance of assigned affiliates and continuously optimizing deals /campaigns.
  • Daily monitor affiliate performance daily to make sure their performance is steady and profitable. Any irregularities should be flagged to the Affiliate partner.
  • Alignment with internal stakeholders such as Country / Marketing / Brand Managers, BI, Compliance, etc.
  • Be accurate in assigned targets and budget for your countries and brands
  • Constantly monitor the progress against set targets – daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • 3-5 years experience within Affiliates.
  • Proven knowledge and experience managing  international markets in the iGaming industry.
  • Highly customer-focused and experienced in managing key accounts.
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages will be considered as a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation Skills

NICE TO HAVE: 

  • Previous experience in English-speaking markets will be considered a plus.
