Summary

As a Senior Art Director at Publicis Groupe, you will brainstorm and collaborate on creative ideas, support the creative lead, and work with team members and stakeholders to develop impactful creative outputs. You will independently lead and handle small-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery. Responsibilities include graphic design expertise (typography, photography, composition, color theory), managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and strong communication within a team environment. The role requires excellent time management and accountability for on-time deliverables. This is an on-site position located in Shanghai, China. The successful candidate will be team-oriented and self-motivated, contributing unique value to the team while gaining experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines.

Job Description

• Brainstorm and collaborate on creative ideas with creative team under supervision
• Support the creative lead, cooperate with creative team members and other stakeholders to develop effective and beautiful creative outputs
• Lead and handle small-scale projects/items that require good art direction and crafting independently
• Take personal accountability for on-time deliverables

Qualifications

• Expertise in graphic design including classic typography, photography, composition, color theory and etc.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks and ensure deliverables are on-brief and on time
• Strong capability in time management
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work as part of team
• Team oriented, self-motivated
