The Business Associate (Retention & Loyalty) role at Head Digital Works is a dynamic opportunity for a talented individual to drive customer retention and loyalty initiatives in the online real money gaming space in India. As part of the team, the Associate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, increase customer lifetime value, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute retention and loyalty strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
2. Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for improving retention and loyalty initiatives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Analytics and Customer Support to implement retention campaigns and initiatives.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of retention and loyalty programs, and provide recommendations for optimization.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in retention and loyalty strategies.
6. Work closely with the analytics team to track key metrics and KPIs related to retention and loyalty, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to support retention and loyalty initiatives.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in the online gaming space, particularly in India.
Qualifications:
1. MBA from Tier 1 institutes with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or strategy roles, preferably within the online gaming or e-commerce industry.
3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
7. Knowledge of CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
8. Passion for gaming and understanding of the Indian gaming market is highly desirable.
