Job Description
Head Digital Works, a pioneer and one of India's largest online skill-gaming companies, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst. The role involves working with data to solve business problems, building and maintaining infrastructure for answering questions and improving processes. Responsibilities include streamlining data science workflows, developing data models and pipelines, and advocating for best practices. The analyst will develop BI dashboards and visualizations, analyze user behavior, build and optimize data models, and translate data into actionable insights to support growth, retention, and customer experience.
Good To Have:
- Experience in B2C domains (Gaming, Fintech, EdTech, E-commerce)
- Creating and managing BI tool reports
- SQL database design
Must Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in BI
- SQL expertise
- Data modeling skills
- ETL knowledge
- Reporting tools experience (MicroStrategy preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Ability to present complex data clearly

Objectives of this Role
Work with data to solve business problems, building and maintaining the infrastructure to answer questions and improve processes
Help streamline our data science workflows, adding value to our product offering and building out our customer lifecycle and retention models
Work closely with the data science and business intelligence teams to develop data models and pipelines for research, reporting, and machine learning
Be an advocate for best practices and continued learning
What You’ll Do:
Develop BI dashboards and data visualizations to drive business decisions
Work with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior and product performance
Build and optimize data models and reporting systems
Translate data into actionable insights that support growth, retention, and customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in BI, SQL, data modeling, ETL, and reporting tools (MicroStrategy preferred)
Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to non-technical teams
Experience in any B2C domain like Gaming, Fintech, EdTech, or E-commerce is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating and managing reports on BI tools
Hands-on experience with SQL database design
