Your Role Within Our Kingdom
This is an incredibly exciting role working with Candy Crush Solitaire, a brand new game in the world’s biggest casual mobile game franchise.
We are looking for an outstanding marketer with the appetite to develop their CRM skills and who can help project manage and coordinate multi-channel strategic projects using our CRM channels.
You will work within the Candy Crush Solitaire team, as part of their marketing team, to deliver and optimize an extraordinary experience to our players by briefing, operating and monitoring messaging campaigns that reach hundreds of millions of players worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy Development: Build Solitaire’s CRM plan from scratch, collaborating with game and central CRM teams to drive engagement and monetization.
- Campaign Operations: Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize CRM campaigns across channels such as push notifications, email, and in-game pop-ups.
- Seasonal Event Planning: Coordinate with marketing and game teams to develop and execute exciting seasonal events.
- Cross-Promotion: Plan and operate cross-promotion initiatives for Solitaire across the King network.
- Collaboration: Partner with analytics, design, and product teams to create innovative and impactful campaigns. Facilitate the creation of assets (graphics, copy, translations) and identify the right segmentation/campaign structures.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign results, share insights, and iterate to optimize performance.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and identify opportunities for automation within CRM systems.
- Reporting: Deliver regular updates on CRM activities, results, and key metrics such as monetization, engagement, and reach.
- Tools - +3 year of relevant work experience using CRM campaign management tools (Braze recommended) - look for opportunities for automation and report on KPI metrics, such as monetization, engagement, and reach.

- Proactive and self-starting – You love a challenge, love taking ownerships and you probably get quite excited about building things from scratch.
- Strong team player and super collaborator – although you love getting stuff done on your own, you are also a super collaborator and someone people love to work alongside
- Knowledge of MarTech tools (e.g., Braze) and how they can be leveraged for live operations.
- Proven ability to manage technical operations and optimize workflows
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in F2P gaming industry or a related field.
- Proficiency in reporting tools like Looker - or similar reporting tools for data visualization.
- Strong project management skills: including knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- A passion for F2P mobile games, especially in the casual genre.
