The Senior Data Analyst will work with Sabre Customer Care and TE&O organizations to analyze data, build reports and dashboards using BI tools like Qlik and Looker, and extract data from sources such as SNOW, Salesforces, Genesys, and Qualtrics using REST API. The role involves writing SQL queries, analyzing data for actionable insights, supporting system upgrades, and collaborating with various teams to capture business requirements. They will also coordinate and complete special projects. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise information. They need to have a curious mindset and be able to work under tight deadlines.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience

Team Description

Our team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will report to a leader in our Sabre office. This role will collaborate across multiple functions, including but not limited to Sabre business units, Sabre Customer Care and TE&O Organizations to solve challenges internally and implement Dashboards using BI tools (Qlik, Looker etc.).

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Performs analysis and reporting on Sabre Customer Care data and provide insights
  • Partner with Sabre Customer Care and TE&O organizations to build Reports and Dashboards using BI Tools
  • Should have experience with REST API to connect to different data sources such as SNOW, Salesforces, Genesys, Qualtrics etc. and extract data into Qlik
  • Should have knowledge on how to write SQL Queries and basic knowledge of relational databases
  • Analyze Customer care data for actionable information and communicate to leadership
  • Should be able to support Qlik and other upstream or downstream system upgrades to ensure reports/dashboards are working correctly.
  • Collaborate across multiple functions to capture business requirements for the report/dashboard development.
  • Coordinate and complete special projects

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced English level both verbal and written
  • Should have experience with Qlik or other BI tool, and nice to have Looker experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced PowerPoint and Excel expertise
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including data manipulation and modeling
  • Should be a good team player and collaborate well with other functional teams/development teams
  • Curious mindset and self-starter; ability to interpret data and communicate message clearly and concisely
  • Excellent communication and people skills with an ability to work across an organization, developing key relationships
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
