Job Description
As a QA Analyst SSR, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of game functionalities and new features. You will collaborate with the partner team during development and testing, designing and executing tests for each build using tools like TestRail. This role is crucial for the Product, Implementation, Support, and Engineering teams, contributing to a positive player experience. You should be enthusiastic, empathetic, and possess a strong capacity for learning and up-to-date theoretical knowledge. You will create bug reports, meet deadlines, verify issue resolutions, support the QA team, and see features from design to creation.
Must have:
- Experience testing mobile games.
- Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking products.
- Extensive knowledge of QA pipeline and methodologies.
- Detail-oriented and inquisitive nature.
- Desire to improve player experience.
- Remote work.
Good to have:
- Experience with iOS, Android, and Facebook platforms.
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of current trends.
- Coding experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

About The Role
As tester Ssr, will be responsible for certifying the quality of the actual functionalities and new features, supporting the partners team during the development and testing phases of the game, he will also design and execute tests for every version build using tools to mark the progress such as testrail.
This is an integral role for the Product, Implementation, Support, Engineering teams and the areas involved for a good player experience. They are enthusiastic, empathetic, have a high capacity for learning and recent theoretical knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Creating detailed bug reports in our issue tracking database “JIRA”, while communicating status changes to the team.
- Following priorities from the QA lead and product leads, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Verifying issue resolutions across all supported platforms and stabilizing release candidates.
- Working alongside a highly collaborative QA team, supporting them with detailed investigations of issues.
- Seeing features progress from design to creation.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience testing mobile games and working alongside a development team.
- Experience with JIRA, or any other issue tracking product.
- Extensive knowledge of QA pipeline and methodologies.
- Heavily detail-oriented, with an inquisitive nature.
- Strong desire to make positive changes for a product many players feel strongly about.
