Senior E-Commerce Manager - Australia & New Zealand

1. D2C Channel Setup & Management

• Launch and manage the tonies Shopify store and Amazon presence in Australia with HQ support.
• Optimize site functionality, product listings, payments, and shipping with internal teams and partners.
• Implement tracking and analytics for performance, user behavior, and conversion insights.

2. Acquisition & Retention

• Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue through digital acquisition strategies.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC (with agency support) for search visibility.
• Optimize acquisition funnels and retention via loyalty programs, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.

3. Listings & Pricing

• Maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing for competitive strategies.
• Optimize product content in collaboration with marketing and sales.

4. App Presence

• Set up and manage the tonies app for Australia with HQ alignment.
• Ensure mytonies app availability and content transfer from global teams.
• Develop a local mytonies app content strategy in coordination with marketing and commercial teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a consumer products industry.
• Proven track record in successfully launching and managing Shopify E-Commerce / Amazon websites, preferably in Australia and New Zealand.
• Strong understanding of digital acquisition strategies, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms, CMS systems, and web analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
