Job Description
Dream Games seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to contribute to all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and KPI analysis to deliver actionable insights. The role involves close collaboration with the entire team for optimal operational execution. Responsibilities include preparing monthly management reports (GAAP and IFRS), performance reports, supporting intercompany transactions and reconciliations, analyzing business results, preparing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Job Details
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will contribute to all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as well as analyzing our financials and KPIs to deliver actionable insights. You will work closely with the entire team to ensure the best execution of operations.

Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly management reporting in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
- Providing support to intercompany transactions and report reconciliations
- Analyzing monthly business results and communicating to key stakeholders
- Preparing budgets and forecasts for the company
- Ensuring that the company’s financial operations comply with all legal, tax, regulatory, and investor requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and high-priority tasks
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
