Fliff unpacks sports gaming into a social, free-to-play experience designed for all types of sports fans. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead Player Account Management (PAM) system initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing the long-term vision and strategy for the PAM system, aligning it with company goals and industry trends. You will create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritize features enhancing player engagement and retention, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature development. This role requires strong stakeholder management, ensuring the PAM system adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards, implementing fraud prevention measures, and working to create intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry with a strong focus on PAM systems.
Must have:
  • 5+ years iGaming Product Management experience (PAM focus)
  • Successful player-facing product launches in online gaming
  • Deep understanding of player acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Strong analytical skills translating data into actionable improvements
  • Ensuring PAM system regulatory compliance and security
Good to have:
  • Agile development methodologies
  • CRM and marketing automation tools familiarity
  • Payment processing and fraud prevention understanding
  • A/B testing and optimization experience

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, offering a social sportsbook experience that features sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. Our platform provides sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to traditional real-money gaming.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead our Player Account Management (PAM) system initiatives in the fast-paced iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PAM systems and a passion for delivering exceptional player experiences.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for our PAM system, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance player engagement and retention.

Feature Development:
Drive the ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new PAM features, balancing player needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed product specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.

Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Compliance and Security:
Ensure the PAM system adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement robust fraud detection and prevention measures.

User Experience:
Work closely with system operators and administrators to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the PAM system's usability.


Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on PAM systems.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing player-facing products in online gaming.
Deep understanding of player acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies in iGaming.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.


Preferred Skills

Experience with agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Understanding of payment processing and fraud prevention in online gaming.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
