Sourcing Analyst

We’re looking to hire a Sourcing Analyst for a Fortune 500 Fintech client.  Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.  

Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Contracts team to support contract negotiations for new and existing suppliers, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Business Partners, Security, and Contingent workforce. This is a 6 – month contract + extension. The role is fully remote (your local time zone). Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.


Sourcing Analyst Responsibilities: 

• Project tasks may include market research and analysis, data collection and management, cost modeling, supplier communication, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Contribute to spend management projects focused on achieving key objectives such as cost savings, process efficiency, supplier consolidation and management, risk reduction, and improved expenditure transparency and control
• Collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, embodying Coinbase's values.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Procedures and documentation, identifying and documenting any gaps.
• Marketing support (approximately 20 tickets per month), with opportunities to expand into other areas as experience grows and team needs evolve.

Sourcing Analyst Requirements: 

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working effectively under direction and maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in collaboration with your manager.
• Solid quantitative skills and the ability to effectively analyze problems with senior team members.
• A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience analyzing data and formulating data-backed recommendations.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Passion for Coinbase and the future of digital currency.
