We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior Project Manager to join our team in Bucharest!

About the job:

What you'll get to do:

· Manage project development from initiation to closure;

· Maintain communication with project beneficiaries and manage their expectations;

· Perform all PM specific activities: project planning, scheduling, time, progress and resource tracking;

· Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources and time lines;

· Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved;

· Mitigate any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle;

· Track and report on project milestones and provide activity status reports – monitoring progress against baseline;

· Identify risks that may affect the project outcome and alert relevant parties to them;

· Inherit and help develop new tools and best practices for project management and execution;

· Clearly communicate expectations and requirements to team members and stakeholders;

· Analyze existing workflows and procedures propose ways to improve them;

· Stay updated regarding project management procedures and best practices and put them into practice in assigned projects;

What You need to know:

· Technical University/Computer Science or University of Economics / Business-Management;

· Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;

· Preferably 3-5 years of experience in IT project or product management;

· Understanding of software development lifecycle and how to interact with project members;

· Project documentation and business specifications management;

· Some of the software required: Microsoft Office suite, JIRA/Confluence, Monday, MS VISIO;

· Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills;

· Excellent organizational and time management skills;

· Ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues;

· Analytic mind (strategic thinking);

· Result oriented with problem solving skills.

Here's what we offer:

· Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.

· Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.

· Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)

· Support for New Parents:

- 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.

- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
