Tasks and Responsibilities:
Working as a security engineer consultant for multiple clients and projects.
Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on Cloud Security
Develops project documentation containing standards, policies, procedures and best practices.
Deliver quality work which matches our company standards on time
Translate security and technical requirements into business requirements and communicate security risks to different audiences ranging from business leaders to engineers.
Propose and/or design technical solutions, which include creating prototypes and proofs of concept while maintaining a security mindset
Lead and influence project team and\or junior colleagues in implementing and operating Cyber Security controls.
Automate security controls, data and processes.
Utilize cloud-based APIs when appropriate to write network/system level tools for securing cloud environments
Stay current on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities and controls.
Evaluates technologies against established requirements and validates the security of the technology.
Professional experience required:
3 - 5 Years of experience in a Security role (Entra ID/AD)
Strong working knowledge and experience of Entra ID/AD and managing common services (Virtual Machine, Database, Storage, Virtual Network, Azure Resource Manager, etc.)
Overall IT infrastructure understanding in Networking, Authentication, Authorization, Security and compliance, Experience with hosted data center environments
Demonstrated comprehension of cybersecurity fundamentals and best practices
Strong experience with security engineering and ensuring technologies and solutions are securely designed
Understanding and ability to develop and implement IAM processes
Experience or working knowledge in basic database administration
Educations and skills considered as an advantage:
Certification in one or more of the following: Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-103 and/or 104), MCSE Productivity, Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), Microsoft 365 Security Administration (MS-500)
Working experience in one of the IGA/IAM Software’s – Sailpoint IdentityIQ, ForgeRock Open IDM and Open AM, Omada Identity Suite is considered a strong advantage
Working experience with one or more of the PAM Software’s – CyberArk, CA, BeyondTrust is considered a strong advantage
Information security related certification, such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM
Understanding of information security frameworks and regulatory standards, such as ISO 27001/2, NIST, CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR
Soft Skills and other requirements:
Fluent in English language
Willing to travel
Excellent analytical skills
Good communication skills and customer centric focus
Ability to work without supervision and supervise other people
