深耕亚太、欧美和新兴市场，与日本、韩国、美国、英国、法国、芬兰、德国等成熟市场和东南亚、中东、土耳其等新区域的伙伴建立了深度的战略合作关系，实现商业上的共赢。
商务部期待全球的优秀人才一同加入BD family，通过全球的优质人才网络巩固和扩大腾讯与全球合作伙伴的合作关系，并为市场孵化更多优质的游戏产品。
岗位职责:
1、深入了解中国游戏生态，针对所负责的客户可建立长期和高质量的商务关系，同时具备挖掘潜力标的客户和产品合作的嗅觉、资源、及能力。 负责中国地区游戏产业链的投资领域工作，制定投资战略及投资或合作方案和投资计划，寻找优秀的游戏公司和项目帮助腾讯增强优质的游戏团队和项目的覆盖和落地；
2、负责市场趋势、竞争对手、用户需求等进行深入研究和分析，识别和判断中国游戏市场发展机会，形成对部门和公司有价值的战略建议；
Requirements:
1、本科及以上学历，3-7年投资、战略或商务经验，对全国游戏上下游产业链条有深入理解及丰富的业内资源优先，商业洞察力敏锐，擅长捕捉和发现市场新机会和动向，能主导相关商务谈判，策划并实施业务合作；
2、游戏经验丰富且理解深入，具备较好商业分析能力，对所研究方向可输出高质量分析报告；
3、商业洞察力敏锐，擅长捕捉和发现市场新机会和动向
4、可适应中英文工作，有PE/VC/咨询/投行/游戏大厂投资经历的候选人优先
5、具备较强的学习能力和创新意识，能够不断学习和探索新的投资机会和业务模式，对行业新技术和新趋势有敏锐的洞察力
