The Sr. Administrative Assistant & Office Manager will support the Vice President overseeing the Walmart business and manage the daily operations of the Rogers, AR office. Responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Also, key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, coordinate team communications, presentations, and business updates, anticipate executive needs and proactively offer solutions or support. Oversee daily operations of the Rogers office, coordinate in-office/on-site meetings, support all Haleon team members based in or visiting the Rogers office, assist with special projects, and serve as the go-to resource for office-related inquiries. Assist the broader Walmart customer team with scheduling, reporting, internal systems, and special projects.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders and/or managing office operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and expense/travel systems.
  • Tech-savvy and growth mindset.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Administrative Assistant & Office Manager to support our Vice President overseeing the Walmart business and manage the daily operations of our Rogers, AR office. This individual will also serve as a key point of support for local Haleon team members, ensuring an efficient, collaborative, and well-equipped work environment.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.

  • Serve as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate team communications, presentations, and business updates with professionalism and discretion.

  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively offer solutions or support.

  

Office & Team Support:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Rogers office, including supplies, facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and general organization – Haleon has an onsite manager to support/assist

  • Coordinate in-office/on-site meetings, events, and team gatherings — ensuring a welcoming, professional environment.

  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Support all Haleon team members based in or visiting the Rogers office, including assisting with logistics, technology needs, onboarding, and workspace coordination.

  • Serve as the go-to resource for office-related inquiries and issue resolution.

  • Collaborate with corporate functions (e.g., IT, Facilities, HR) to implement process improvements and enhance the employee experience.

General Administrative Support:

  • Assist the broader Walmart customer team with scheduling, reporting, internal systems, and special projects as needed.

  • Manage office budgets, purchasing, and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain shared documentation, contact lists, and internal tools to support team collaboration

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders and/or managing office operations, preferably in consumer goods or retail.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer service mindset.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and expense/travel systems (e.g., Concur).

  • Tech-savvy

  • Growth mindset – excitement to learn new technology


*This is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 3 days in office presence.
