Sr Business Analyst

We’re looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst for a leading healthcare organization. This company is known for its innovative, patient-centered approach and strong collaborative culture.

You’ll join the Business Operations team to support mission-critical projects that align with enterprise business strategy and technology initiatives. This is a long-term contract opportunity. The role is located in Rochester, MN, and is hybrid (on-site with some remote flexibility).

Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate, and document business objectives and requirements.

• Apply systems thinking and analytical methodologies to business challenges.

• Contribute to project charters and planning documentation.

• Perform data analysis and support development teams through requirements gathering, functional specifications, and system validation.

• Assist with deployment coordination and project deliverables.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and help drive consensus.

• May manage mid-level complexity projects or sub-projects.

Senior Business Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information science, health, or related field.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business analysis or related field.

• Demonstrated ability to apply business analysis tools, methodologies, and systems thinking.

• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

• Must not be concurrently working multiple jobs.

Preferred Certifications:

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

• CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis)

• PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
