Job Description

Seeking a Sr Manager SOX Financial Reporting with 5+ years experience implementing SOX processes and controls in financial reporting environments. Must have expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, experience with SEC-registered companies, and strong leadership skills. Advanced English fluency is required.

Job Description & Summary

Nos encontramos en la busqueda de un/a Gerente con experiencia en:

-Implementación de proesos y controles de cierre contable en entornos SOX (empresas FPI o subsidiarias significativas).

- Contador Público con experiencia probada en procesos de reporte financiero bajo normas conables internacionales adquirida como auditor externo contable de empresas registradas en la SEC o en áreas de administración de empresas públicas registradas en la SEC.

- Inglés avanzado oral y escrito

- Experiencia liderando equipos de trabajo

- Experiencia coordinando diferentes proyectos o iniciativas de manera concurrente

- Más de 5 años de experiencia en la materia (control interno sobre el reporte financiero para empresas registradas en la SEC)

Comprender la importancia de la correcta gestión de la información
Conocimiento en seguridad de la información y protección de datos
Correcta gestión de la seguridad de la información
