Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading multiple complex supply chain categories, developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies aligned with the organization's strategic vision, and leading cross-functional teams in developing procurement strategies. The role conducts comprehensive data and industry analysis to support data-driven decision-making. The role utilizes supply chain, business, and financial modeling tools to optimize the supply base. The role involves innovating complex business models, driving strategies, and identifying areas for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
• Leads a complex supply chain category and assumes responsibility for the development and execution of sourcing strategies that contribute to the achievement of strategic vision and goals. Categories would include Technology Outsourced Services, inclusive of technology and administrative outsourced services.
• Conducts complex data and industry analysis, including costs analysis, competitive analysis, etc., and reports results to business executives to aid in data-driven decision making.
• Leads a complex, international, cross-functional team to develop procurement strategies and roadmaps that align with business growth objectives, cost reduction targets, and operational excellence.
• Develops and utilizes supply chain, business, and financial modeling tools, and drives supply base optimization for complex categories.
• Liaises with stakeholder business executives to discuss impact of supply chain strategic development on overall business and to develop forward-thinking supply chain strategies.
• Influences the industry or marketplace for complex categories and engages with market leaders.
• Leads complex supplier selection activities, negotiates acceptable contracting outcomes using custom solutions, and completes contracts with highly complex and critical suppliers.
• Supports the senior management in demand and supply matching activities, connecting strategy to execution and identifying issues and their impact.
• Holds responsibility for day-to-day operations of the most complex, long-term suppliers, and partners with them in forward-thinking strategic development and relationship building.
• Identifies complex or emerging contract risk areas using cause and effect thinking, advises executive level business leaders on all contract risk areas, and develops strategies for risk mitigation, business continuity, cost management and operations improvement.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 12+ years of work experience, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $102,500 to $157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
