The Talent Management team at TelevisaUnivision focuses on developing and retaining the best talent, driving the growth and success of the organization. About you:

As a Talent Management Analyst, you must have a complete understanding of how various activities work, including the implementation of onboarding processes, development and succession planning, job satisfaction and well-being evaluation, high-potential talent development, and performance evaluation. All of this is carried out with a focus on global management and local adjustments, using technological tools to optimize processes and generate periodic reports on progress and results.

Your day to day

• Facilitate company induction and orientation.
• Build presentations for the implementation of different initiatives for internal talent management.
• Consolidate data, assessments, and templates for talent reviews to identify growth and development opportunities.
• Support employee satisfaction surveys and provide feedback.
• Support and participate in the development of career and skill development programs.
• Support the feedback and performance evaluation process to identify areas for improvement and growth.

• If you have experience in talent management, you will be able to manage onboarding processes, talent development, and performance evaluation.
• If you are passionate about effective communication, you will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with employees at different levels and departments.
• If you are skilled in planning and organization, you will be able to plan and organize processes and projects to ensure that objectives and deadlines are met.
• If you are familiar with the latest technologies, you will be aware of technological tools for talent management, such as human resources management systems and online learning platforms.
