Summary
This Tech Lead role at Google focuses on software engineering within the Black community inclusion initiative. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required. Preferred qualifications include technical leadership experience, team management, and experience with large-scale systems, APIs, search ranking, or ML systems.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
4 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
2 years of experience managing teams of software engineers.
Experience designing and implementing any of the following: large-scale distributed systems, APIs used by other developers, Search Ranking systems, ML (Machine Learning) systems.
