Job Description
This Technical Lead role at Ness USA requires 8+ years of experience in .NET/C#/SQL. Responsibilities include working with development teams and product owners to design product features, providing technical leadership, following agile scrum practices, performing code reviews and refactoring, designing solutions, guiding implementation, and applying standard development methods across the entire lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills and hands-on experience with .NET 4.8.1, C#, MVC, Web API, Razor, Bootstrap, Less, Node, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, XML/XSLT/JSON, and Azure. The role involves supporting minor enhancements, bug fixes, UI work, consuming new APIs, standardizing MVC implementations, consolidating/upgrading JavaScript code, and performing UI improvements/upgrades.
Must have:
- 8+ years .NET/C#/SQL experience
- Strong client-facing skills
- Agile Scrum experience
- Code review & refactoring
- Full SDLC experience
Good to have:
- Experience with Azure
- UI improvement/upgrade experience
- API consumption experience

Ness is currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead with at least 8+ yrs experience in the NET/C#/SQL domain.
In this role you will:
- Work with development teams and product owners to design product features
- Provide technical leadership to the development team.
- Follow standard agile scrum practices for software development.
- Perform code review, refactoring and managing source code per standards to ensure quality
- Design required solutions and guide teams in implementation
- Apply standard development methods covering the full development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment) to ensure solution quality
- Contribute to development/implementation effort
Required Skills:
- Strong client-facing skills
- C# knowledge
- Experience supporting minor enhancements / bug fixes
- Experience performing UI work for new programs
- Consuming new APIs
- Knowledge of standardizing multiple MVC implementations
- Experience consolidating / upgrading Javascript code
- Knowledoge of performing UI improvements / upgrades
- Hands-on experience working with: dotnet 481, C#, MVC, web API, razor, bootstrap, less, node, angular, typescript, Javascript, xml/xslt/Json,web API, azure
