Technical Program Manager

The opportunity
You will join a dynamic team as a Technical Program Manager, driving impactful cross-functional programs & projects. You'll streamline processes, unify teams, and lead high business impact programs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to ensure alignment of revenue goals with technological capabilities. You might be new to Technical Program Management, but keen to learn from some of the best in their field. High energy, social and want to have fun when working, then we would love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Drive alignment between engineering, product, and operations teams to achieve key goals/business outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, keeping programs on track and within scope.
• Build and refine scalable processes to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
• Act as a central point of communication, ensuring clarity and accountability across stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools, such as Agile or Kanban.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Clear and concise communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with software development processes or a willingness to learn technical workflows.
• Proactive problem solving skills and a collaborative mindset to support team success.
