Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Google Cloud, you'll be responsible for finding and attracting top talent. You'll guide candidates through the hiring process and build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities include developing talent, influencing hiring strategies, partnering with stakeholders to achieve diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives, managing recruiting initiatives to meet goals, and advocating for an excellent user experience. You'll leverage recruiting processes and tools, gather role requirements, provide status updates, and drive the interview and offer process. This requires experience in full-cycle recruiting, compensation negotiation, and technical recruiting. You'll contribute to making Google's hiring process smarter and more efficient.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years recruiting/HR/business experience
Full-cycle recruiting experience
Compensation negotiation experience
Technical recruiting experience
Project leadership experience

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.

Preferred qualifications:

4 years of experience with full-cycle recruiting.
3 years of experience negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
3 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.
Experience leading projects.

Responsibilities

Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.
Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals, improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
Advocate for and create an excellent user experience, support assessment, evaluate skills and client needs, and drive the interview and offer process.
