Job Description
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers across various levels and regional markets to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Source high-caliber passive candidates, with hiring needs that extends beyond Singapore, adapting strategies to meet the unique demands of various regions and markets
  • Develop talent pipelines and nurturing candidate relationships for future opportunities
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Fresh grads are welcome to apply. 
  • Proven record of handling multiple roles of varying seniority levels. Exposure to the gaming talent pool is advantageous
  • Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong team player who is organized, able to prioritize work well and support the team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people at all levels
  • Love for games is a plus!
