Job Description

Inkitt seeks a contract recruiter (3 months) to partner with hiring managers, develop scalable recruiting strategies, and manage high-volume hiring needs across technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, creative sourcing, pipeline management, metric analysis, process optimization, and acting as a culture ambassador. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in fast-paced startup environments, successfully managing high-volume recruiting at scale, and demonstrating expertise in full-cycle recruitment and attracting top talent. A data-driven approach, strong communication skills, and adaptability are essential.

Must have:

4-6 years recruiting experience in fast-paced startups
High-volume recruiting management

Creative sourcing and pipeline building
Data-driven optimization of processes

What You’ll Do:

Partner with hiring managers to develop scalable recruiting strategies that meet high-volume hiring needs while maintaining quality
Recruit efficiently across technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a diverse pipeline and quick turnaround on open positions
Own the full-cycle recruiting process, driving speed and efficiency while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Leverage creative sourcing techniques and platforms to maintain a steady flow of high-quality candidates
Analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and consistently hit hiring targets
Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring every hire aligns with and enhances our company’s core values

What You’ll Bring:

4-6 years of recruiting experience, in fast-paced startup environments
Start up experience is a must!
Successfully manage high-volume recruiting at scale, balancing multiple requisitions and delivering quality hires
Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment and attracting top talent
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with candidates and stakeholders
A data-driven approach to optimize recruiting processes and decision-making
Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
