ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities
MAIN ACTIVITIES :
Serve as the first contact with users who need technical assistance
understand the situation by asking specific questions, if necessary by reformulating the explanations provided
remotely diagnose a failure (hardware or software)
identify the resources needed to solve the problem
guide the user through the resolution process or take control of the system remotely
change or repair defective elements,
Hardware installation and configuration
Account and permission management
Asset management
Hardware purchase management
users training and onboarding/offboarding
Qualifications
SKILLS AND QUALITIES :
Excellent communication skills
be able to analyze a situation from a distance by asking the right questions
quickly find the solutions to be implemented (remote or on-site intervention, specialized technician, etc.)
Good understanding of computer system
Strong Hardware skills
Windows Server / Windows 10 / Windows 11 / Mac OS
Active directory / Office 365 / Azure AD
Already work on a backup and Anti-virus solution
Team-oriented mindset with an openness to constructive feedback
Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems
Good understanding of security in information system
Good English Level

About Our Team
Founded in 2010 and later acquired by Virtuos in 2017, our Paris studio is located within the lush confines of Parc Saint-Christophe in Cergy – close to the city center of Paris and easily reachable by public transport.
Our studio has a full suite of capabilities to undertake projects of varying scopes, including co-developments, adaptations, and remasters of AAA games. A great example of this is our recently launched homemade game, Mahokenshi, which was released in January 2023.
