Job Summary

Job Description

This role focuses on scaling a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market merchant partners to boost TikTok Shop's eCommerce revenue. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring fashion and retail merchants, developing collaborative models, offering strategic content and logistical solutions, creating sales propositions, and updating clients on product developments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, account management, project management, and strategic planning skills, along with excellent data visualization and presentation abilities. The position requires a Master's degree or equivalent with 1 year of experience or a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, including specific experience in data analysis, account management, project management, strategic planning, and data visualization.

Responsibilities Scale a book of enterprise and midmarket merchant partners to assist the team in driving topline revenue growth for our eCommerce business. Identify, prioritize, and acquire a book of fashion and retail merchants to support category growth. Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently. Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, creator/affiliate/agency partner merchandising, and logistical solutions to all clients. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing best practices, and case studies. Update active clients on product developments and new promotional opportunities. Solve key challenges to business growth through strong collaboration with peers and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Fashion Design, Publishing, Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, Management or a related field and 1 year of related work experience; or a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Fashion Design, Publishing, Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, Management or a related field and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Analyzing and presenting complex data and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences; Account management, including assessing client’s performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven decisions to drive account growth; Project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams; Developing strategic plans and solutions for clients and translating complex data into informative charts and dashboards using data visualization tools; and Creating PowerPoint presentations and providing reports using Microsoft Word. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $152000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
