Customer-oriented, new generation delivery platform Trendyol Express functions to make a difference by combining the latest technology with a flexible delivery operation infrastructure. Your Main Responsibilities

End-to-end tracking of shipments that cannot be delivered on time
Developing and implementing anti-handover processes and measuring impact
Setting target KPI, tracking and sharing periodically
Following routine reports and planning action from them, making ad-hoc analyzes
Participating in joint work with the operation teams, being a follower of related projects and sharing the findings
Studying forecast monitoring and related risks, taking necessary actions

Qualities We Are Looking For

Universities preferably study engineering, in addition to logistics, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, etc. graduated
From min. 2 years of cargo operation, logistics experience
Proficient in using excel Advanced reporting and presentation skills
Advanced English skilss
Analytical mindset, customer and result-oriented approach
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Solution oriented and proactive
Able to follow the work effectivel
Strong communication, and able to adapt to teamwork

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
