About the job

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

4 years of experience in product design or UX.

Experience with enterprise product design, critical user journeys, UX design, interaction design.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.

Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Ability to work within a technical environment with understanding of technical requirements and limitations.

The Core ML UX team partners with Google Product Areas. The team's goal is to deliver a positive user experience to customers across the range of products.

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with fellow UX Designers, Researchers, UX Engineers, and Software Engineers to create UX journeys, iterative designs that solve challenges.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions.

Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes.

Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
