Summary

The Vice President of Marketing Revenue is responsible for driving and optimizing marketing's contribution to overall revenue generation. This role is critical in developing and executing strategies to achieve pipeline, revenue targets, and high-value engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing marketing operations teams, optimizing digital changes, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency, and translating marketing efforts into measurable business impact. 

How will you contribute?

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing revenue strategy aligned with overall business objectives. 
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals responsible for web, digital channels, technology, operations and overall marketing performance. 
    • Own the marketing technology stack, optimizing its performance and integration to support revenue goals. 
    • Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and marketers to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. 
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI. 
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategy and decision-making. 
    • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets. 
    • Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and preferences. 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and finance. 
    • Lead the creation, review and presentation for key reviews including channel dashboard reviews versus plan, quarterly business review, and business unit reviews.  
    • Fiscally responsible for annual budget planning and tracking. 
    • Maintain overall scorecard versus key deliverables and milestones.

    • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, with a strong focus on revenue generation. 
    • Proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets through effective marketing strategies. 
    • Deep expertise in marketing operations, web and digital channels, and marketing technology. 
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively. 
    • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams. 
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred. 
    • Passion for data-driven marketing and continuous improvement. 
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
    • Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire and motivate teams. 
    • A deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. 
    • A strategic thinker with a strong execution focus.
