The VP, Ticketing & Revenue Partnerships at On Location will lead account management and optimization for On Location Ticketing, focusing on growing existing partnerships and developing revenue maximization strategies. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, assisting in organizational functions, developing relationships with senior executives in the sports and live entertainment industry, assisting with ticketing operations, and creating efficiencies in ticketing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the existing customer base, provide feedback to internal teams, and excel in a rapidly changing environment. This role requires extensive experience in account management, revenue optimization, and solution-based ticketing operations.

The Role and What You’ll Do:

On Location is looking for a VP, Ticketing & Revenue Partnerships. The position will report directly to the EVP and serve as an integral part of the On Location Ticketing leadership team. You’ll focus on cultivating and growing healthy partnerships with existing customers.

  • Lead On Location Ticketing’s account management and optimization.   

  • Grow existing partnerships by increasing product utilization. 

  • Develop revenue maximization strategies for both new business and existing business.  

  • Build customer relationships through strategic conversations and excellent listening skills to understand the client’s pricing and sales goals.  

  • Assist in the execution of various organizational functions.  

  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives employed withing the sports and live entertainment industry.  

  • Assist with ticketing operations and creating efficiencies in ticketing processes.   

Other Duties & Responsibilities 

The ideal candidate is someone who can take responsibility and ownership of the existing On Location customer base, while providing feedback to our pricing, product and analytics teams who are constantly creating new solutions. You'll often be the first one to introduce new features, and for that reason you'll have to be comfortable excelling in an environment where the applications used daily are changing under your feet. 

 

 

You Have These

  • Extensive experience with account management, revenue optimization and solution-based ticket operations.  

  • 10 years minimum of relatable experience.  

  • Desire to work as a collaborative, self-starter.  

  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work within a rapidly changing environment.  

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at every level of the organization.  

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule, additionally travel may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.
